LensAngel AI ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the LensAngel AI mobile application.
We use Firebase for authentication, data storage (Firestore), file storage, analytics, and push notifications. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
Scan content and Ask Angel conversations are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered analysis. Content is processed in real time and is not stored on Anthropic's servers beyond the duration of the API request. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase history and subscription status. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment card information. Apple handles all payment processing in accordance with their privacy policy.
Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, hosted on Google Cloud Platform. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Scan history and conversation data are retained as long as your account exists. You may delete individual scans or your entire account at any time.
When you submit a community scam report, the report content is anonymized before appearing in the public community feed. Your display name or email is never attached to community reports visible to other users. Confirmation counts are aggregated anonymously.
Photos, screenshots, and information submitted through the Angel Investigator feature are used solely for the purpose of the requested investigation. Investigation data is stored securely in Firebase Storage and is associated with your account. Investigation results are provided to you only and are not shared with other users.
The Angel Watch SMS filtering feature processes messages entirely on your device using on-device machine learning. Message content is never sent to our servers or any third party. No message data leaves your device.
You have the right to:
Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data from our servers, including scan history, conversations, community reports, and investigation records. This action cannot be undone.
LensAngel AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
