1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LensAngel AI ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

LensAngel AI is a scam detection and protection app that uses on-device analysis and AI-powered deep scanning to help users identify potential scams in text messages, emails, URLs, screenshots, and other content. The app also provides an AI assistant (Ask Angel), community scam reporting, and investigation services.

3. Free Features

The following features are available at no cost and will remain free:

• Unlimited on-device quick scans (risk score and scam type detection)
• 3 AI-powered deep scans per day
• 1 Ask Angel conversation per day
• Basic red flag identification (first 2 per scan)
• Community scam feed (read-only)

4. Subscription Plans

LensAngel AI Premium unlocks all features. Two subscription options are available:

Payment and Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

5. Angel Investigator

Angel Investigator is a premium investigation service available as one-time in-app purchases:

• Investigation purchases are one-time, non-refundable charges.
• Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, law enforcement investigation, or professional consulting.
• Investigation timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or the identification of any individual.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit illegal content, including child exploitation material, threats of violence, or content that violates applicable law
• Abuse, manipulate, or attempt to exploit the AI assistant or scanning features
• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated community scam reports
• Use the app to harass, stalk, or target any individual
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code or AI models
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LensAngel AI — including but not limited to design, code, AI models, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by LensAngel AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LensAngel AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• Scam analysis is informational only. Risk scores, scam type classifications, and AI analysis are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
• We do not guarantee that the app will detect all scams or prevent any financial loss.
• AI-generated responses (Ask Angel, deep analysis) may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
• For emergencies, always contact local law enforcement or call 911.
• Community reports reflect user-submitted content and may not be verified.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LensAngel AI and its developers, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not made any payments, our total liability shall not exceed $50.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LensAngel AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections 7 through 10 of these terms survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
